The future science of CTAO

In this talk, I will review the plans for construction, and the current status of the Cherenkov Telescope Array Observatory, CTAO, as well as the current plans for its scientific exploitation through the Key Science Program as described in the latest CTA Science Book. Moreover, I will also present the opportunities that the future CTAO imply for the entire scientific community in general.
